The Hurstbridge Post Cafe is under new leadership having re-opened in March, 2022.

The new owners are the Head Chef Marreck Hood along with – partner Poppy and long-time locals & Post Café patrons Pauline & Lou (not forgetting Bonnie & Clyde). The groups’ key goal is to pay it forward to our community and bring back this beautiful building to it’s former glory. Retaining the original character with a detailed clean, paint and freshen up of the space for you.

We are delighted to have been able to retain some of the key members of the team in Sue, Kayla & Guri and have commenced our search in earnest for new local residents to be part of the Post family.

With a keen focus on kitchen operations, a brand-new menu is in place. Expressing the teams passion about service and food. Making as much as possible fresh on premises, minimising food waste, using seasonal fresh produce and supporting local and regional producers such as some of the ones listed below:
